GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Starting 2ch is always considered as the 1st tr of the round. I used 2ch instead of the usual 3ch, as the 3ch seemed to leave a gap between that and the next tr.
- Wherever the row starts with a 3ch, it is considered as 2ch+sp.
- If you want to use 3 colours, you will have to change colour at the end of the 4th round and again at the end of the 14th round.
- Rounds 13, 14 and 15 are tricky; please, pay attention to the instructions.
- You will need to mark the beginning of round 15 in order to make it easier to know where to start the next round.
Start with a magic circle

Thank you for the great pattern. It must have been a lot of work, those elder ladies were very talented in their crochet skills! I believe they would be very proud if they knew their work is being shared through their granddaughter with the new crochet generation! Well done!

Ooh! Thank you for taking the time to have a look at the pattern! I chose to start with making the one that seemed the easiest one, I can’t imagine what a puzzle it will be to try one of the most elaborate ones 🙂
Thank you for pointing that out: I actually wanted to pay tribute to them , their crochet skills and their lives. They deserved to be remembered and honoured.
